We provide a complimentary welcome food basket that will offer you provisions for a light supper on your arrival day and a bottle of wine.  A complimentary breakfast basket will be delivered to your door or terrace on your first morning at an agreed time. The property also has initial supplies of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, salt and pepper.

Bed linen, tea towels and bathroom towels are included.  For guests staying with us for 7-14 days a complimentary linen change will be offered.

Electric, wi-fi, parking, a basket of logs for low season and the facilities are inclusive.

The property will have initial supplies of bin bags, toilet rolls, dish cloth and fire lighters.

Pool towels are available for hire for a small additional charge.

During the summer months we often have a glut of produce in the garden that we are happy to offer to our guests with our compliments.

Fresh eggs and ice-creams may be purchased for a small fee.
